Terms of Service

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your photography session date. Full payment is due upon completion of the session unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.

Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via digital gallery. Additional rush processing is available for an additional fee.

Copyright and Usage

Focus Fiesta Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for photography services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
